We have special health needs and Jim was fantastic in listening, understanding and fixing the problem while accommodating our needs. Plus, he went out of his way to work with us and make sure there were no future leaking issues that would come back to bite us down the road. We thought that we would need more done and were prepared to pay double for the services and Jim, after thoroughly evaluating our situation, informed us that the issue could be fixed without incurring the higher fee. He gave us the option and the power to choose how to fix the problem. I truly felt that I could trust him and we followed his advice. I would heartily recommend Jim and Clarksville Plumbing Pros.
